I am Marko Brdarski.

I work next to the CEOs of founder-led B2B, SaaS, and AI companies — clarifying the category, identifying positioning, sharpening the narrative, optimising the strategy, building the marketing plan, and redesigning the homepage. One company at a time. The principal does the work.

I have spent 20 years building, scaling, and repositioning companies — my own and others'. I was the founder and CEO of AHOI, a digital and early SaaS practice that served Telefónica O2, Penize.cz, the Sarajevo Film Festival, and more than 100 other clients. I co-founded and ran Wonderful, the company that created the Clean Niche Beauty category in Central Europe. I ran Dea Orh, a contemporary art gallery in Prague, and exhibited at major international fairs. I scaled DTC market entries to seven figures across the EU. I have repositioned hospitality and real estate brands.

Today, I work with founders and C-level executives. The work happens at the moments that matter. A fundraiser is approaching. A repositioning that is not landing. A category that needs renaming. A board meeting where the room disagrees about what the company actually is.

I work in English, from Croatia, across Europe, the UK, and, selectively, the US. My practice is small and international. I read more than I post. I write more than I speak.
